All the Vinaigrette’s are made according to traditional methods and each bottle is filled individually. The recipe is a Jacklyn’s original, the oils (Italian) are mixed on the spot. The ingredients are Italian top products.
About 5 years ago started off on my own making the Original red wine Vinaigrette. Now there are 5 co-workers.
The product is for sale in Dutch delicatessen, cheese shops, greengrocers and several top Quality butchers specialists. Some of the better class sandwich bars and Italian caterer’s in the Netherlands use the Vinaigrette’s. Amongst them are, Pastanini in the Hague, and Wellness Centre Ryokan in Zutphen.
The Vinaigrette’s are also suitable for meat dishes as we find our bottles on the shelves off top butchers, such as Chateau Briand in Haarlem and Keunen in Ruurlo.
More and more wine sellers sell the Vinaigrette as the combination with wine's is recommend with French bread and a glass of wine.

1Vinaigrette Balsamico Original
Dark coloured with the unique taste of balsamico. We gave it “gold”. Very tasty with carpaccio.
2Vinaigrette Balsamico Rosato
Again a unique taste. Be surprised by the heavenly taste, fresh but with the warmth of the Mediterranean. Very nice with oysters or strawberries and vanilla icecream!
3Vinaigrette Balsamico Bianco
Refreshing, but above all surprising! Try it with fish and salads.
4 Red wine Vinaigrette
The original Vinaigrette which is used on salads. Especially beetroot and cucumber. (don’t forget the spring onion!)
5 White wine Vinaigrette
Very nice with asparagus and fish salads.
Since we sell the Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A multipurpose oil for all your favourite recipes. Don’t use it for cooking tó hot though, because it will loose its flavour.Heat up s l o w l y
